Abstract:

This deliverable 2.4 (preliminary version) reports about the status of the development of the SMOOK GDPR Handbook. D2.4 has two distinct parts in the proposal: - (a) (the report of) the delivery of the SMOOTH interactive handbook (mobile app and website). Participants to this part are the consortium partners described above under T2.3. - (b) the assessment report of whether the requirements defined at the beginning of the project (D2.1) are successfully covered by the SMOOTH platform. All partners participate to this part. The initial delivery deadline for D.2.4 is month 24, i.e. 30 April 2020, which is the date of this document. The consortium has obtained extension of the delivery deadlines in the following way: - The GDPR Handbook, D2.4 (a), is delivered in an incomplete version and this document describes it in its current state per 30 April 2020. - The requirements assessment report, D2.4(b), will not be submitted in month 24, because the performance of this assessment requires the Smooth platform to be delivered in its entirety. Consequently, this document: - describes how the GDPR Handbook was developed, - what legal, functional and technical requirements have been met, and - contains the texts, graphics and demonstration videos related to the current version of both the mobile and the website application of the SMOOK GDPR Handbook. Currently, approximately 90% of the work has been done of both the Mobile SMOOK application and the website SMOOK application. The final version of both parts will be submitted by 31 August 2020 (month 28) but during the review meeting in June 2020, the consortium will present a version of the handbook to the reviewers that will be as close to the final version as possible and provide a requirements assessment as complete as possible. Remaining tasks are: - Finalizing and testing both the mobile and the website application - Creating the last animations/videos - Translation into Spanish and Latvian
