Abstract:

This paper builds on previous research to develop the collective psychological ownership (CPSO) construct. Three issues are addressed. First, what is meant by "collective" when talking about psychological ownership. Second, how can CPSO be measured. And, third, how individual level and collective level PSO are similar and different. In this third section we develop the nomological network (i.e., predictors and effects) for these constructs.
