Abstract:

DE: Das Internet verändert die Art und Weise, wie Informationen gesucht und gefunden werden können. Die Autorin befasst sich in dieser Arbeit mit der Frage, ob semantische digitale Bibliotheken einen Mehrwert für die Benutzer, die Bibliothek und die Volkswirtschaft erzeugen können. Auf der Basis der Systemtheorie werden in der vorliegenden Arbeit die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Bibliothek, Benutzer und Volkswirtschaft beschrieben. Der Mensch steht im Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit, da er als kritische Input-Variable die Systemdynamiken der unterschiedlichen Systemarten prägt. Zur Generierung von Mehrwertpotenzialen in vernetzten Systemen werden drei ausgewählte systemtheoretische Wirkdynamiken am Beispiel Vertrauen dargelegt: 1. Die Wirkung psychosozialer Prozesse als dynamischer emergenter Selbstorganisationsprozess 2. Der Mensch als Komponente synreferentieller Systeme 3. Interventionstechniken in komplexen Systemen EN: The Internet has changed the way in which information can be sought and found. This work considers whether semantic digital libraries are of benefit to the user, the library and the national economy. Based on system theory the reciprocal interaction between user, library and national economy is described. The user is at the centre of this investigation because he as the critical input variable determines the dynamics of the various systems. For the generation of benefit potential within networks three selected system theoretical effect dynamics are presented using the example of trust: 1. The effect of psycho-social processes as dynamic emergent self-organising processes 2. The influence of humans as components in synreferential systems 3. Intervention techniques in complex systems
