Abstract:
We report a case of diffuse alveolar haemorrhage in a 21-year-old female patient, known with systemic lupus erythematosus. Diffuse alveolar haemorrhage is a rare but life-threatening complication of systemic lupus erythematosus. The clinical features, diagnostic approach and management of this complication are discussed.
