Abstract:
Temperature-, pressure- and drug-induced phase transitions of syntetic phospholipid vesicles have been examined by dynamic laser light scattering. Changes in the total intensity of the scattered light revealed the transitions, while pńotoncount autocorrelation spectroscopy gave no evidence for changes in the outer dimensions of the vesicles. © 1979.
