The zero-field cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (FC) magnetization of a single crystal Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr1.83Ca-Cu1.85O8+delta is reported. For the field parallel to the c axis, we observe a well defined second transition at T(c2) for field greater than 0.25T. The difference T(c1) - T(c2) depends upon the applied field and the irreversibility occurs always between T(c1) and T(c2). The initial slope of the irreversibility line H(ir) perpendicular-to c(T(ir)) is greater than H(ir) parallel-to c(T(ir)) near T(c1). We compare these results with a two-component multilayer model system calculation.
