Abstract:

Image guided brachytherapy (IGBT) with MRI or CT guidance allows for individualized treatment in locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC), based on tumor size at the time of brachytherapy (BT), and dose escalation to tumor while simultaneously sparing organs at risk (OAR). We aim to report on the outcome of IGBT in the first multi-institutional cohort with a consistent definition of outcome.
