Abstract: Pylephlebitis is defined as septic thrombophlebitis of the portal venous system, usually secondary to infection or inflammation in the abdomen. In the current report, we present a case of fungal pylephlebitis that complicated the course of pancreatitis and resolved with echinocandins.
