Abstract: WebCEF enables the collaborative assessment of oral language proficiency through a web-based environment. A language learner or language teacher is now able to evaluate his/her own video and audio samples together with colelagues and peers across Europe. The aassessment is based on the descriptors of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)
