Abstract: Extrinsic compression of the left main coronary artery is a rare and life-threatening complication of endovascular stenting of pulmonary artery conduits. This case report describes fatal myocardial infarction caused by compression of the left main coronary artery due to stent placement in a stenosed right pulmonary artery conduit.
