Abstract: Introduction and Objectives
According to a previous study, we found that PSA density (PSAD) was a stronger prognostic factor than total PSA for adverse histopathological outcomes and biochemical progression free survival in clinical T3a prostate cancer. The objective of this study was to develop a pre-treatment table for the prediction of final histopathology after radical prostatectomy (RP), using PSAD and biopsy Gleason score (bGS).
