Abstract: Perianal manifestations are common in patients with Crohn's disease and include skin tags and haemorrhoids, fissures, ulcers, abscesses, fistulas, stenosis or cancer. Primary lesions include Crohn's fissures and cavitating perianal ulcers. Secondary lesions include deep abscesses, fistulas and strictures.
