Abstract: In this context, the purpose of this paper is to describe the relationship between assessment practices and school assessment policy, and between general school policy and school assessment policy as teacher experience it on a day to day basis. Since we know that the attainment targets of genera], technical and vocational education are different, our research needed to explore whether teachers in the three forms of secondary education define these relationships differently. Moreover, because genera] or technical sub-jects or practical lessons might be taught according different ways of transfer, we expect also that teachers will interpret these relations according to different types of subject.
