A 20-year-old man with red eyes and painfull joints.
We report the history of a 20-year-old male presenting with the classic triad of urethritis, conjunctivitis and arthritis in conjunction with an acute prostatitis. We established a diagnosis of Reiter's syndrome. HLA-B27 was positive. The patient was successfully treated with steroids and a 21-day course of quinolones.
