Abstract: We report a family in which an apparently previously undescribed form of Spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia (SEMD) presented after probable gonadal mosaicism occurred and is inherited in an autosomal dominant mode. The other autosomal dominant SEMDs are compared.
