We report a magnetotransport study of Sc1-xErxAs layers with different thickness and Er concentration in pulsed magnetic fields up to 46 T, From the Fourier transform spectra of the SdH oscillations a new model for the energy band structures of such layers is proposed, in which an additional hole Fermi surface is included and a splitting of the hole surfaces is introduced.
