Abstract:

The realization of chemical sensor interface circuits, using potentiometric and voltammetric sensoring techniques, are reported. A multichannel impedance converter for potentiometric measurements has been realized in a 3- mu m CMOS process. Further, an oxygen sensor interface, based on voltammetric measurement techniques, with on-chip temperature compensation is realized and discussed.
