Abstract: We present the temperature dependences of the thermal conductivity, thermoelectric power and resistivity of single crystalline Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox and TmBa2Cu3Ox samples at temperatures T = 5-13 oK, in the ab-plane, simultaneously measured from the same contacts. For Bi-based sample, a new type of anomaly in the k(T) dependence at T > T(c) was seen, probably due to the fluctuation part of the electrical conductivity.
