A study of the low temperature heat capacity and Hall effect of UXTh1-xBe13 (1>x>0.07) compounds shows the transition from the ''quasi'' Kondo heavy fermion ground state in UBel3 to the spin-fluctuating one for x<0.9. The character of the temperature dependence of the electron term in the heat capacity for U0.9Th0.1Be13 and UO.64Th0.36Be13 indicates the possibility of a weak magnetic transition below 1K.
