Abstract:

This chapter describes, on the basis of newly discovered documentation, the contacts between J. Willebrands, one of the leading Church leaders in the Netherlands and Cornelia de Vogel, a protestant, converted to Roman-Catholicism. The contacts have to do with religion, philosophy, develoments in the Netherlands, critical friendship and the like.
