Abstract:

The EU Law Barometer is designed to collect expert opinions on the application of EU law by supreme courts and constitutional tribunals across all EU member states. The expert survey, originally designed in English language, has been translated into 20 other European languages. The survey respondents have been selected among academics focusing on EU law and practitioners working in the judicial field.
